★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not the official DJI, they don't have global guaranty plus they just offer 6 months in Taiwan and not 1 year guaranty like the rest of the stores. I didn't like the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad customer service. Even though products are on display in the store, they are not in stock. Just empty boxes hanging on the shelf! When asked when these items will be in stock, I was told they dont know. Then asked if they can order the items for me, just to be told they can not do that. The salespeople at the store are extremely unprofessional and not helpful! Avoid!
