問題提出之後 不久便接到了 DOD 的關切電話 也針對了維修情況及可能的故障原因 做了個分析 還再寄送了線材做備品 後續服務做得很徹底,也無另外收費 蠻推薦的!

一、 原廠設計的軟體有瑕疵, 過了半年仍然無法改善, 請消費者繼續等待更新, 這期間只能自己手動格式化記憶卡, 重要的車禍檔剛好就沒錄到, 要用的時候派不上用場, 花錢花心酸的。 二、 客服電話已經播了也都沒人接, 官網線上諮詢表單填了也沒回應。 三、 送修產品已兩個月, 三周前說因是軟體設計問題, 機器沒問題會寄還, 但遲遲收不到東西。 這樣的產品, 這樣的售服, 以後誰敢買!?

建議大家多看看一星的評比再決定要不要買DOD的慘品。機子狂當,重複開機,寄回去跟你說機子沒問題,直接跟你說是記憶卡的問題。然後換了記憶卡後一樣狂當。所以呢?現在是人的問題囉?跟我八字不合?唉~如果早點看到這些評比就好了。
