店內用餐只有一張桌子 約可坐4到5個人, 建議叫外送或外帶, 披薩現點現做真的很好吃喔。

真的會建議加強員工訓練,不管你是不是工讀生,你也是代表這間店的形象 可能過年連假期間人多很忙,我知道 不常買達美樂,但以往買過的分店都會讓我覺得還不錯,這次過年返鄉探望親戚,就在現場特地買了買大送大,要等多久我都能接受但不是重點 以下是我購買經驗: 要點餐「正在」點的時候(是已經講出第一個披薩口味並非還沒點)突然有顧客進來說要拿訂購,男店員二話直接叫旁邊女店員幫我點餐,也沒有正面向顧客說換機台點餐,左邊那台可能要付款用的,你當下應該就要主動向顧客說:小姐不好意思旁邊機台再繼續幫妳點餐,直接式也沒有道歉是真的沒有尊重到客人 後來是女店員幫我點餐,原本點某某口味想買9吋的就好,後方跟前台說沒有了剩12吋可以選,好我聽到也能接受,我就說那就某某口味12吋的餅皮一般就好,女店員還跟我確認點了什麼12吋是要買大送大的,我說對,結果下一秒問我要什麼口味,我有點愣住(因為不懂她的意思)回她,什麼要什麼口味,她還翻菜單比給我看,個人披薩區、單點區,我就有點無言回她:是要某某口味12吋買大送大的披薩,不太懂你的意思,是還有什麼口味可以問的嗎?她才回過神說喔喔妳是要買大送大的 痾....前面你不是跟我核對過了嗎 再來等付款,是男店員結帳,通常有載具大部分店家不是要先出示嗎?(像7-11其他店家,我是真的不知道達美樂比較特別點)我就先出示載具錢也正準備要拿出來,那男店員回一句:「要先‘給錢’才能載具哦」,這術語是不是要再加強?你應該是要說「要先付款才能載具哦」,講「給錢」感覺是跟客人討錢,有點得罪到客人,感覺真的很不好,因為不是不給錢好嗎? 剩等待,過了一段時間,我發現上方我的號碼變成取餐中,聽到後面的人說還沒好不要亂按,心想應該還是再等一下,過了5-10分鐘我再去問一下前面店員說上面是好了可以拿的嗎,陸陸續續取餐中的客人都拿走了,他先詢問我的號碼&貴姓,後來才說好了會拿給我,好沒關係,不過真的按錯了可以先向客人致歉說一下沒關係,不然是真的有點想敷衍帶過 再來沒有了,因為還蠻小失望的,本身也做過多年服務業的經驗,顧客和店員都要將心比心,如果你今天術語好客人聽起來也會心情好,但該店家.....請再加強一下!!購買經驗真的小失望了?
