★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 披薩好吃，服務態度佳，且重視顧客感受。由於某次促銷活動造成延誤5到10分鐘取餐，結果每位客人都發給了遲到券作為補償。還有一次因為比預計時間提前太早做好，讓我拿到Pizza時已經不夠熱了，經反應後答應幫我全部重做一份！
 The pizza is delicious, the service attitude is good, and the customer's feelings are valued. Due to a promotion that caused a 5-10 minute delay in picking up meals, each guest was issued a late ticket as compensation. Another time, because I made the pizza too early before the expected time, it was not hot enough when I got it.

聽聞有99元的活動在下午4:30在網絡訂餐
想說提早訂就不會塞車。
抓一個小時在5:30去取餐，到達了跟櫃台要取餐，櫃檯只說了一句「稍等一下喔」就沒在理我了。
6點之後店員開始一個一個問手機末三碼，可能為了要加快速度
6:10分，店員跟現場的客人說：「6點之後的單現在才慢慢出貨喔，現在要等一個小時喔」
當下我就覺得不對了，我4:30的單到現在都還沒有拿到，他說6點的單已經慢慢再出了？
於是我問了店員，他說「稍等一下喔」然後就聽到裡面的人開始問：「這一單在那裡？」、「他應該早就出去了啦？」、「怎麼會沒看到」、「沒有看到單子啊」等
後來也只說了：「先生你稍等哦」
然後才開始印訂單的單子（要貼在pizza盒子上面的）
我才問：「所以，我四點的單，我在這邊等了一個小時，你現在才跟我說你剛要做？」
那請問我不問就傻傻的等，到最後還是等到空氣？
根本把人當傻子。
這家店以後我再也不光顧了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordering a take out we were told 45 minutes so drove over to collected at the time instructed. When we arrived we were then informed 30 minutes more.
Get your act together primarily, then offer something complimentary as an apology for poor service. This is not the only pizza available in the area and I will be sure to go elsewhere in the future, and woukd advise others to do the same.
The main thing I cannot abide is arrogance and poor service.
