Great service, great food, and amazing coffee selections!

Coffee is great, tables are very comfortable, music is good. My only wish is that they opened earlier during the week.

Great space and coffee!

Love the coffee and tge gluten-free cakes. Really outstanding, the texture is a little different because they use ruce flour. The guys are specialists in their given tasks. The baker makes the lekkerest cheesecakes I have had in a long time. The barista knows his his coffees. He recommended a coffee to me. It was very nice. The presentation is a bit of an east meets west style. See what you think when you go.

One of the best coffee places in Taipei. And to say that among a the numerous cafes in Taipei is indeed an achievement. The cold brew is exceptionally well brewed, with a notable natural chocolate flavour. Both the pour over coffee and espressos are really nice as well. The place is usually quiet in the weekdays, and is an ideal place for getting some work done in a nice and cosy atmosphere. The interior design resembles that of a Chinese wuxia Inn, which is quiet unique.

Quiet and cozy. Dong Cafe offers an oriental bar theme and the set up is somehow interesting. Great cold brew and single origin selection, served in a playful way as seen in the photos. A little weird on the music choices here, with heavy metal and classic music and movie soundtracks all mixed up.

Special cakes which are made from rice powder. Gluten-free cakes. I luv wild berries cheese cake. cappuccino tastes good. Will try single origin coffee next time Like painting and other art deco

Stumbled upon this treasure by LinGuang mrt stop that MADE ME SO HAPPY! Dong Coffee Bar offers a huge varieties of gluten-free cakes that are delicious, and taste better than some of the gluten free specialty Pâtisserie I’ve been to. The owner makes these wonderful desserts with so much care, the meticulous presentation, the fluffiness texture without the stickiness (which is so hard for GF), you cannot tell it’s made with rice flour! My fav today was the Swiss Roll (so so so good) and husband loves the Matcha red bean cake. Service was beyond wonderful, they even read the menu one by one for my chinese illiterate husband, decorated with quirky touches, full of character. Don’t be afraid of drinking out of their rice wine water bottle, Won’t get a hangover out of that! Will def be back to try other items on their menu. Also really enjoyed our drinks, Tie Guan Yin hot tea, and Vanilla latte that is perfectly sweetened and smooth to taste. Dong coffee bar gave our rainy afternoon a perfect finish. Thank you! We will be back!
