★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手搖飲料店喝杯茶休息一下抽根煙(全臺公園都是無菸公園)，大樓林立有住商辦大樓;透天厝;純辦公大樓及幾個醫療中心，附近有個公園綠地真的不錯。
地下室2層是停車場(公辦民營)而且停車分早上段;下午段及全天型收取不同費用，喥喥車房在全臺經營很多停車場就是專業又有遠觀。
 Hand-cranked beverage shop for a cup of tea and a cigarette break (all parks in Taiwan are smoke-free parks). There are residential and commercial buildings in the buildings; Not bad.
The second floor of the basement is a parking lot (public and private) and the parking is divided into the morning section; different charges are charged for the afternoon section and the whole day.
