This hotel has become one of my favorites. I love their outdoor spa and hot spring, very spacious and clean, but to get there you will have to cross the street first in front of the hotel. They require you to wear a swim cap though.

We only went to the hotspring spa rather than the hotel, so I cannot comment on the rooms. The hotspring was pretty awesome though and worth the 300 NT per adult and 150 NT per child. A lot of people seem to make a day of going to this spot and take lunches and dinner. They have piCnic tables in a patio overlooking the river and next to the pool that is more “hydro spa” than swimming pool. You can also buy eggs, corn, potatoes and I think a couple other types of food and cook it in the hotsprings water. I haven’t been to any other springs/pools in the area, but I really like this one!

Stayed here for one night. The rooms were dated but comfortable. In the room I stayed at, there were only two outlets and they were at the dresser next to the hot water pot. Be warned that the water has a SULFUR ODOR! This is due to the natural hot spring that's beneath the ground. The WiFi is the strongest in the lobby. There's a hot spring across the road which is neat. Be aware that they require swimwear and a swimming cap for all individuals which they conveniently sell. Overall, a very okay experience.

Nice place for Hot Spring, the bath within the room is also water from the hot springs, there is also a hot spring pool across the road which links with the hotel, you are required to wear a swim cap although I didn't see it written anywhere as a requirement. I can purchase some eggs or sweet potato to cook in the dedicated hot springs water area. Within the pool there is a coin operated laundry if you need it, there's only one washing machine and 2 dryers.

If you’re here to enjoy the hot springs and spa, it’s a decent place. But if you plan to stay here for a night, it’s just not ideal at all. First of all, the facilities are pretty old. The toilet in our room couldn’t even flush properly. The bathroom doesn’t have a curtain or a floor mat to separate the wet and the dry. And the hot water in the bathroom also has the sulfur smell, so they probably share the spring water to the shower. That doesn’t make any sense at all.

I was cycling in the area and stopped here to use the hot spring pools. The spa is located across the street from the hotel and you can use the facilities for 300NT if you are not a guest, plus 50NT to purchase the necessary swim cap if you didn't bring your own. There are two uncovered hot pools connected to a very cold pool--the hottest of the two was just above 39 degrees Celsius--and then there's a larger covered area with more hot pools that I didn't use. Most people seemed to chill out in the covered area, so the rest of the pools were not very busy. Alternating between the hot and cold pools feels amazing if you have sore muscles, I would highly recommend it. They also have two or three small hot pools off to the side where you can sit and soak your feet. Lockers are available for 20NT, plus a 100NT deposit for the key, plus 20NT coin deposit to actually close the locker. There are baskets available in the changerooms for your stuff, and patio chairs and tables next to the pools, so I found the locker unnecessary in the end. Make a right when you enter the spa area and go down the stairs straight ahead, you'll see the changerooms to the left of the staircase. The showers are located at the back of the changerooms. You have to shower before entering the pools. Signage only in Chinese, although the counter staff knew a little bit of English. No bicycle parking anywhere that I could see, although you can lock your bike to the bus stop pole that is next to the spa. There are some snacks available at the spa, but bring your own if you want something healthier. I avoided the crowd of hotel guests by going around dinnertime, so between 5 and 7. Very clean facilities.

Very good amenities, room smells slightly of mold, but only to be expected as a facility with a hot spring. The hot spring at this establishment is excellent. Has both an outdoor springs, complete with a pool to swim in, and an inside spring to soak in during inclement weather. It also has a spa, though some facilities at the spa are failing due to age. There are also Karaoke lounges and pingpong tables, the latter of which is near the changing area of the hot spring.

The public hot spring they have is pretty decent, but their rooms are old with a moldy smell. The showers only have hot spring water so you can’t escape the smell of sulfur. Cold water is your only option to wash off the sulfur. This also effects the cleanliness of the bathroom resulting in some disgusting looking grime. It would be better if they had a separate tap for the hot spring water so guests can choose to wash with clean hot water. The food is very standard so if you want something more exciting you’ll have to look elsewhere. The service is good, but the overall experience left much to be desired.
