車站所在的大樓被好幾家知名的商家給包了，最北有全聯，把地下室給全部使用了，他們的廣告牌還掛到金山南路東面接近金華街那邊，銀翼飯店的招牌好大，還有7-11，加上鬍鬚張，挺熱鬧的。這邊的金山南路，過了金山南路二段30巷，往南，就是中華電信，郵局，就少了零售的商業活動。
