Then the boss went inside and found my bag, saying that the yellow stain card was too deep and it couldn't be washed off after 3 washes. I think they tried their best and took it home without much thought. I went home and looked at my bag carefully. Not only did the yellow stains have not been washed off, but the original black spots still existed. That's fine, the metal buckle of the bag is dark and dirty, full of scale and stains. The bag has only been carried for 2 summers, but the metal buckle has become broken because of the washing, which is worse than washing it myself. I originally thought that the boss was very good and the price offered was fair, but if I can’t handle the item, can I not take this case? It is not recommended to send wash bags in this store, it is not professional at all!
