★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was not nice and was wearing poker face, making me feel very uncomfortable. They didn't take good care of my order, either. I ordered milk tea without ice. They told me they couldn't serve me drinks wothout ice because of company policy unless I didn't care about getting less drink. First, what kind of company policy was this! So I said I didn't care. After waiting for 3 minutes, they gave me milk tea WITH ice!!!! Will never ever go back there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty on the outside, inescapable cigarette smoke, average to poor lattes, average breads.
Upstairs is better to sit, quieter. Still dirty though...had to wipe my seat and table since there's very little service.
Drinks take a while to get if only one person is behind the counter.
Starbucks is my better choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The serving/ordering area and cake/bread are in 1F. You can ether choose 1F outside or 2F for dining in. The inside area is not too big or small, hygiene and light-catching. Convenient transportation. The price is a little bit higher, comparing to other drink shops nearby. But it's reasonable because they have dining in area. The taste of latte and coffee are good.
