★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我6/14近13：00在現場想要點餐站櫃台等了大概有五分多鐘吧！
不見有人招呼，泡咖啡的泡咖啡，顧麵包的顧麵包，出來幫忙的來幫忙，兩三次有人來櫃檯確認點餐單但就是當做隱形人一樣，最後顧麵包的人員來幫我點餐了，我只是想點個小塊的提拉米蘇而已。
來這留言不是生氣，我能理解大家都有忙的時候，不是不能等只是覺得感覺不好，寧可打個招呼要我稍等我都能接受，我也不覺得消費者一定最大，只是想要一個感覺而已。

態度很差說：
你要講編號，我又跑去看看不到編號「但櫥櫃就只有一種三角形草莓蛋糕好嗎？！」
我看了跟他說 莓香細語 ..
之後她用一用就跑去接其他客人了？？？然後蛋糕裝好放在那邊？？？還跟其他男客人有說有笑。讓我在那裡等...
後來我一直看著他們 他們才察覺到...
態度冷漠拿給我 一句話也沒說。
太酷了 這間店 身為同行服務業 簡直覺得你們的服務差到一個不可思議
請加強員工訓練..
