★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 巧克力塔使用70%比利時巧克力，苦甜比例搭配很好，濃郁又有不同層次，仔細品嘗後絲滑的巧克力在舌間綻放。
塔皮偏脆但不會太硬，香氣足夠且不會膩口，與巧克力搭配後又提升一個層次。
分量大小適中作為點心剛剛好，不管外觀或口味都精緻卻很平價，是辛苦一天犒賞自己的小確幸！
The chocolate tower uses 70% Belgian chocolate. The bittersweet ratio is well matched, with richness and different layers. After careful tasting, the silky chocolate blooms on the tongue.
The crust is crispy but not too hard, the aroma is sufficient and not greasy, and it will be upgraded to a higher level when paired with chocolate.

內餡吃起來很棒，很綿密的感覺，而且不會太甜！
大小吃起來很剛好，不會一兩口就吃完。
價格也挺親民的～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 聚會吃到朋友分享的甜點，發現是我喜歡的塔皮（不是易碎型）
我吃到的是浪漫紅寶石巧克力脆粒塔
塔皮使用法國發酵奶油製作，巧克力是南美洲的紅寶石可可，不添加食用色素和香精製作，重點是低糖無負擔，吃起來滿清爽不會膩喔！
另外兩個沒吃到的是，抹茶巧克力塔和抹茶塔，朋友一口氣吃完沒吃到 ?
At a party, I had a dessert shared by a friend and found that it was my favorite tart crust (not the crumbly type)
I got the Romantic Ruby Chocolate Crisp Tower
The tapi is made with French fermented cream, and the chocolate is ruby cocoa from South America. It is made without food coloring and flavoring.
The other two that I didn't eat are the Matcha Chocolate Tower and the Matcha Tower, which my friend didn't eat in one go ?

加上不是易碎型的塔皮
配上裡面較為鬆軟的抹茶巧克力
有點像在吃蛋塔的感覺
而且不會太甜
熱量不會太高
好吃又健康?
