W	Wan-Ting Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious and plentiful brunch, the avocado egg burger being my favorite. Their bread series is not bad, esp with the one with pork. Dessert choice is very varied, so it's never boring. The rest is pretty standard.

Their breads are outstanding, the servings generous, and the flavors delicate and balanced. As a clinical nutritionist, I want plenty of veggies and a good source of protein, so I often choose the Tobiko Baguette with organic greens and free-range scrambled eggs which is fabulously scrumptious. Hopefully they will come up with new creations that cater to people who want a healthy yet delicious meal. Update, September 23, 2020: I just had their avocado, egg, cheddar and bacon sandwich, and it was absolutely fantastic! Update, Spring 2022: I've been here now on numerous visits, and their salads are absolutely and totally fantastic, and even though I'm not a big fan of sous vide cooking, their chicken breast on one of the salads is magnificent!
T	The Foodie Architect on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s EXPENSIVE! 3 slices of baguette is $103, 2 slices of nut bread is $154. It’s delicious and beautiful though. Best baguette I had in Taichung. I am shock that this price is more than in taipei. Avocado and salad is so fresh and yummy. French toast is bake just right, crispy outside and soft inside with perfect balance of the flavors. No need to add any maple syrup. Banana on top is icing on the cake.

I think they should open the second floor for dine in, because the first floor is not enough when there’re so many guest. the place is so aesthetic, the salad and the bread are so tasty and flavorful, the cake is so pretty. One of our funny moment is they write the cake’s name in english on the shelf, but when we order and mention it in english, the staff don’t understand and give us wrong cake ?

Knock one star off for the horrendously inefficient check-out and seating process. No idea why they only have one cashier when it’s mad rush hour. So much unnecessary waiting. Not okay for that price point.

Fig and proscuitto salad was refreshing but not very generous with the toppings. We went around 1pm on a Saturday afternoon and didn't have to wait for a table.
