★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable staff who will keep you safe. The routes have various difficulty levels, so there should be something for everyone. The bouldering area is also fun to try. They have changing rooms and lockers too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience. Signed up (and paid) together with some friends for one of their outdoors trial classes, which aren't cheap. Got sick that morning, and told them about 5 hours prior to the activity that I couldn't go (my friends still went). They have a clear no refund policy, so I asked instead if I could go to some other activity later with a discount. They refused, citing my "no show, without prior notice and without reason."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to book beforehand if you do not have a belay license. Class was really fun but quite short (around 3-4 climbs per person). The routes are fun and challenging which makes it fun. Definitely must come back some time
