★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is nice. The hotel is supper new. However, the most impressive thing of my stay is the all you can eat grill steak at the second floor.
For under 50 USD, I was surprise how tasty the steaks were. Very juicy and tender with enough flavor from the smoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a corner balcony room, the balcony was quite large. Room was nice and clean with free mini bar but very small selection. Breakfast was adequate with friendly staffs. They did make mistakes adding ham to my omelette while we have already ordered it with only vegetables and no meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with bf to celebrate birthday, not only got a free upgrade, but also gave us a small cake and a hand written card. Btw we met Winnie at the front desk when we were checking in, she gave us the warmest welcome and left us an amazing first impression of the hotel. Bravo, we will be back ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here on 2 occasions before the covid and it was really nice experience from the team. Was warmly welcome by their hospitality. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
There was a surprise card and birthday cake by the team. Greatly appreciate the effort and had a very nice stay with them. Rooms were very well maintained and the in room facilities were good. So far one of the best hotel that I've stayed in Taipei. Location was in the centre of the hub of Taipei and short walking distance from the train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Lifetime Titanium Elite for Marriott (Platinum for Marriott and SPG before the merge, 10+ years of Diamond at Hilton, 5+ years Globalist at Hyatt), I don't feel this hotel values its most valued guests quite much. I stayed here twice, and none of the time, has this hotel given me an "enhanced" room.
The rooms are quite clean, no doubt about it. It is very well kept. Just not that big.
One last thing, it is very easy to miss the parking entrance. It would be nice for the hotel to provide better signage. I had to call the hotel to make sure where the entrance is, as the exit and entrance uses the same lane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently stayed 2 nights at this beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and welcomed us. I was very happy with the room, it was very clean and spacious with a nice view of the area. The bed was comfortable and the size was good. I found the service during breakfast and the menu disappointing. I found it difficult to communicate with the server in English, and it made me feel uncomfortable. Then the server brings the wrong breakfast dish. There was not an option to change the set for vegetarians which makes me very sad, actually for the Chinese set only congee and western style vegetables were available. The breakfast menu is not carefully designed or planned. If the hotel is able to adapt to the guests needs we will have a better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location (near metro station and department stores) and very clear and just right size room. During covid-19, the hotel provides combo breakfast (2-3 choices), and they are delicious.
