It is not an ordinary public institution. It was originally leased to nearby farmers to grow pineapples by the Gujiatai Cement Company. Now it is managed by a number of plant collection managers led by the CEO, Dr. Li Jiawei. It is not open to the general public. If public agencies and media units want to visit, please apply in advance. Academic research units are welcome to inquire about research cooperation in advance.
