以前經過時總是看到很多家長帶小朋友去看診,前陣子小孩在娘家需要看醫生,想說先上網查一下相關訊息,對於診所沒有官網也沒有FB蠻意外的(因為不是那種開了幾十年老診所,對網路不擅長),後來覺得離家近帶著一歲多小小孩比較方便的,且估狗上沒有醫療負評因素,就先帶小孩去看看。 護士倒還好,對話上都是客氣客氣,只是也不太會熱情,反而是沒有感受到大家說的那位醫生對小孩很有愛,會主動跟小朋友講話哄小孩之類,都冷冷淡淡的說完他的診斷(難不成疫情影響醫生個性??),後來自己也去打過疫苗的經驗,也都差不多都這樣的氛圍。 老實說,我自己的小孩出生後在自家縣市看過的小兒診所,護士跟醫生都對小孩們的態度的不錯,會主動關心會跟小孩對話哄小孩,整體會給人感到信任。 在這裡也算是第一次在小兒科感受到不冷不熱的氛圍,挺意外的。個人覺得畢竟是小兒科,小兒診所能給小孩一點溫暖會讓小孩對看醫生多點安心,不怕看診。

To be honest, the nurses and doctors in the pediatric clinics I visited in my county after the birth of my child have a good attitude towards the children. They will take the initiative to care and talk to the children to coax the children, and they will generally feel trustworthy. It was the first time I felt the warm atmosphere in the pediatrics department, which was quite unexpected. I personally feel that it is a pediatrics department after all. The pediatric clinic can give the child a little warmth, so that the child can feel more at ease about seeing the doctor, and he is not afraid to see the doctor.

年紀稍長的櫃檯護士非常不專業也不體貼病人,喉痛痛到沒辦法講話已經打字說明,還一直要病人回答有沒有來過診所看診,儘量大聲回答也有點頭表示有來看過診,態度非常差讓人感覺非常難受又尷尬

掛號在這裡打疫苗的時候,有上網搜尋一下評價,想說完了,我暴雷了,約了一間評價不是很好的診所!!!結果⋯⋯今天來打疫苗第三劑,出乎我意料之外,不但櫃檯的服務人員,醫護人員,包括醫生,全部都好到不行耶,非常客氣也很熱心,不得不為他們平反一下,也很讚嘆他們,辛苦他們了!???

醫生好,但接電話的人員口氣很差,可以理解也許是詢問疫苗的人太多很忙,但拜託!這就是你的工作,誰工作不忙啊?客氣的詢問不耐煩的回答,還是妳乾脆辭職別做了這麼痛苦?
The doctor is good, but the person answering the phone has a bad tone. It is understandable that there may be too many people asking about vaccines and they are busy, but please! This is your job, who is not busy at work? Polite inquiries and impatient answers, or do you simply quit your job and not do it so painfully?

I had went here for my 3 year old’s cough (pneumonia) and allergic reaction combined which I was unsure at the time. It is my fault for going to the clinic instead of ER and awfully regret it but the receptionist doesn’t have ANY medical knowledge of what severity an allergic reaction could cause ( I told her my kid seems to have an allergic reaction) and doesn’t respond or care about kid’s and parent’s physical and emotion stress. We came in and as I was assigned with a number that had to wait 45 mins I asked if she can ask the doctor to see us quickly, and although she helped us get in a bit quicker she didn’t consult to any other medical personnel about my preschooler’s reaction. My kid was crying and struggling in pain with the reaction as time goes! It became more and more clear that it was totally different than common sickness and she didn’t even care to try to go tell the doctor... and of course, when I got to see the doctor he told me to go to the big hospital’s ER. That reception lady was so slow giving us the written address to the Hospital and she ignored me when I asked her to write ‘emergency room’ in chinese to show to the taxi driver. The other kid’s father finally stepped in to tell her to write down ER in Chinese. Then she wrote SOOO slow like ‘why do I need to write this’ attitude. It was such an emotional and stressful moment for me. It is a shame I had wasted my time here mainly because of the receptionist. The only reason giving a star is for a nurse who helped me catch a taxi.
