這個診所感覺很大牌,9:00掛號開始,10點半了還沒開始看診,地方不大整個診所都是掛號的人全部群聚一起等待,醫術再好沒有好的服務,會讓人感到很差勁

第一次去配這家眼鏡 我只能說 要有良心做事 配完眼鏡 擦拭鏡片 過沒幾天 一面擦拭過的鏡面刮花的很嚴重 另一面就還好 嚴重懷疑兩面鏡片材質不同 做生意不是這樣的 害我花1500找氣受 要不要我拍刮花的鏡面對比給你看看? 你們有誠信解決嗎? 還是退我ㄧ個鏡面的錢給我。 我不是同行惡意給負評 我只是覺得有點離譜 換完度數鏡片 我原本的鏡片竟也沒歸還給我 你們有誠心處理 就兩個鏡片都換新的 我哪知道哪天只換ㄧ個鏡片 另ㄧ個輕輕擦逝也會有同樣的情形 運費也要由你們全額負擔 包括我寄給你們的運費也要退給我 麻煩回覆 謝謝。 戴一邊刮花的眼鏡 眼睛看的不清楚而且也超不舒服的 之前配的眼鏡擦逝根本沒這種情況 很明顯有瑕疵。

今早幫家人到診所不看診拿藥,櫃台說拿藥要本人到場才可以,因以前在榮總、長庚也有幫家人拿藥的經驗(寫張委託書即可),醫學中心可以,診所反倒不可以,讓人感覺很不舒服。

九點營業前十分鐘打電話問是否可以預約, 電話中小姐不耐煩、口氣很差,我欠妳錢? 按照交代時間到現場,客氣問幾號輪到我, 好像肚子餓的很不悅,是一位戴眼鏡阿姨。 診內助理護士們都很客氣,很有耐心溝通, 醫生也替病患們看超仔細,很多項目檢查, 等十個人幾乎需要一個多小時才能輪到我, 卻不到三分鐘就看完結束,真的不值等待。 還是謝謝醫師們很棒醫德,逐一檢查解說, 除了那位阿姨真的每次去,口氣那麼不好, 難怪途中外送餐員也被惹到不爽在罵人啊!
