本來是完全不運動的人,參加體驗課後覺得營養師Melody跟教練Adam都很專業,也開始正式上課。 照著建議去調整飲食習慣+每週上健身課,體脂肪率都有逐漸下降,蠻有成效的! 加上交通地點方便,上課環境明亮乾淨舒適,推薦給想來健身的人~

一個月的健身下來,認為當初選擇夢想健身真的是正確的選擇。 第一眼是被乾淨明亮的環境吸引,等課程開始後,發現不只我的教練James跟我的營養師Alice,所有員工都好親切,不管進入健身房或離開都會熱情的打招呼。 我專業又用心的教練James,在體驗課程發現我體態的一些問題,在課程中也慢慢幫我調整,在任何動作上也總是細心提醒,讓人很放心。而在知道我喜歡強度高一點的訓練後,也馬上為我製定適合我且滿足我需求的課表。 再來必須提到讓我可以堅持減脂的重要推手,專業又貼心的營養師Alice,要不是有她,我很難在過年時吃得健康又滿足。另外外食多年的我,也沒想到因為營養師的提醒與建議,漸漸的培養出我對健康飲食的習慣。
After a month of fitness, I think that choosing the dream fitness was really the right choice. At first glance, I was attracted by the clean and bright environment. After the course started, I found that not only my coach James and my nutritionist Alice, but all the staff were very friendly and greeted warmly whether they entered the gym or left. My professional and attentive coach, James, found some problems with my posture during the experience course. He also helped me to adjust slowly during the course, and always reminded me carefully in any movements, which made people very reassuring. And after knowing that I like training with a higher intensity, I immediately create a schedule that suits me and meets my needs. Then I have to mention Alice, the professional and caring nutritionist who is an important pusher for me to keep on losing fat. Without her, it would be difficult for me to eat healthy and satisfied during the Chinese New Year. In addition, I have been eating out for many years, and I did not expect that because of the nutritionist's reminders and suggestions, I would gradually cultivate my habit of healthy eating.

This is my second week training at dream fitness and I am just loving it! Before even starting my program, Leo, my personal trainer carefully evaluated my fitness level and listened carefully to my body goal. I have been working out for a very long time but none of the programs provided the body shape I hoped for. With all the data gathered, he designed a 8 weeks program that focuses on my glute, hamstring, shoulder and arms. I trained twice a week with him and workout three times by myself at the gym. When training with him, he makes sure to active my muscles beforehand and to show me which muscle I should be working on. During the reps, he observes my position, angle, and breathing carefully. Sometimes when I can’t do it anymore, he helps me a bit but never once told me to give up. I like how he overestimate my ability but makes me want to push more without hurting myself. I like the small but clean workout environment. As you need to schedule for your free trainings, you are guarantee to have a workout machine. Your trainer or trainers on duty will make sure to post your workout at the particular station and to prepare all equipments that you need. I love that I don’t have to switch between machine, making it more time efficient. If you have any problem, you can also ask nearby trainer for help. I would recommend coming to dream fitness if you are afraid of bigger dream and hoping to find professional trainers who focus on the training and not instagram post.
