★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵線糊的麵條是粗的，跟以往在中部吃麵線不同，麵條糊裡面吃得到蔬菜的新鮮度，有好吃的香菇、高麗菜、金針菇、木耳。麵線糊上麵會撒上些許的油條，一開使會擔心太油，但實際吃起來卻有獨特口感、風味。

素圓皮Q，口感優～份量大（一顆的大小約直徑7.5cm)，醬汁別於中部醬汁是鹹的，有淡淡的薑味，但卻無帶辣感，內餡爲純天然食材，不使用素料。
糯米卷：吃得到米香味，跟花生顆粒，醬汁跟素圓的是一樣的有淡淡天然的薑汁味口感滑順適合老少。
