★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very curt and unfriendly. This is disappointing with Taipei101 being one of the biggest tourist attraction in Taiwan. I would expect the customer service at any store or restaurant here to be five star. Suggestion to the manager and owner/ train your staff on customer service. I haven’t even tasted your product and I’m already not interested because of your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service, There is a lot of space, many plugs for the laptops, fast wi-fi, Coffee is good and they have many different tastes of coffee, they have many good desserts and seems the beers are also good.
The place is very clean and staff takes care of it well, staff is very gentle and ready to help you with the order. A huge place like this is not easy to take care of but they do a great job.
There are also many different kind of seats so you can choose what is more comfortable for you.
I really like this place, it's very good to spend hours there to work on my projects

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather terrible cinnamon rolls, powdery, plain and clearly not baked with enough butter or sugar. It's a cake, not a piece of bread. We also bought a lemon madeleine, which had nice icing, but the cake itself tasted of lard, which ruined it. Besides, it was not a madeleine, but hey...
