這家店辦公桌有供佛看似虔誠禮佛,可是做的事讓人匪夷所思?真的希望舉頭三尺有神明~難道這家公司文化就是如此?是什麼事做太多才一直拜佛?超級會推銷,客人都說近期沒辦法,美容師一直強調說可以分期啊!一直講只想到自己業績,好像別人兒子死不完的樣子,不買的話很難預約!某幾個美容師拜託一下,客人也是辛苦錢買的不要沒買就一副勢力樣,推課程時都快叫你媽,買後美容師像是你後媽!也不改善美容師人數長久不足的問題,進來沒做多久又離職(是這家公司制度有甚麼問題嗎?不然美容師一直離職?)美容師各個技巧也差很多,只會一直強力推銷但預約一直都說客滿。預約制度28號約下個月1到15號,15號約16到30號,之前有一次朋友28號上班時間第一通打進去居然大部分的時間客滿,請問是誰有特權可以先預約啊?我看評論高分的幾乎都是員工耶~是這家店如此還是每家分店都是這樣啊?會推銷也要讓客人消化堂數啊!用gomaji吸引新客,舊客户都約不到了還這樣,一樣課程跟朋友買價不同,總公司都沒在管理,一邊拜佛,一邊做違反道德的事,服務品質都不顧只顧推銷,主管/美容師都不老實!美容師也沒增加,人力缺口好久未補足,難怪客戶抱怨一堆!沒看過這麼不珍惜商譽的店家!
