左肩因為一次重量訓練受傷開始看醫生, 卻怎麼看都看不好... 而且當中還覺得肩膀的不適感越來越嚴重... 前前後後看了5-6個不同的診所/徒手治療/骨科, PRP也打了兩針... 基本上已經絕望了, 最後幫我打了兩針PRP的醫生建議我去大醫院看看, 所以到了榮總照了MRI確認肩關節唇有無破裂. 確定關節唇沒有損傷後(肌腱也沒有嚴重損傷), 再加上之前打了兩針根本無意義的PRP後! 我決定要改變治療方向 (在這之前也去看過榮總的運動傷害權威, 他直接說你這就是要去做物理治療, 肌肉動作/強化/穩定訓練, 這個問題打幾支PRP都根本沒有用). 我就在網路上找到夢飛翔, 主要也是看到他們之前翼狀肩胛的個案治療分享. 其實第一次看到他們治療個案分享就覺得跟我之前接觸的治療方式差異極大, 因為夢飛翔非常著重在肌肉動作強化和穩定的訓練, 我以往的經驗都是吃消炎藥... 按摩...再不然就是打針. 我抱著死馬當活馬醫的心情去了夢飛翔, 然後就開始完完全全顛覆我的舊觀念!!! 我的問題是左側肩胛骨活動不穩定, 所以造成肩夾擠. 在我來夢飛翔的第一次, MIKE就很明確地找出我的問題, 而且跟我說這個需要時間強化特定部分的肌肉才能穩定活動中的肩胛骨. 說實話, 我一週去一次, 頭一個月我真的覺得沒有什麼明顯的改善, 但是我幾乎每天持續練習MIKE教我的復健動作. 第二個月開始, 我慢慢感覺到肩膀的不適感明顯減少, 而且部分之前一定會不舒服的特定角度也開始改善. 第三個月開始, 我已經可以恢復重訓了! 到現在我的肩膀已經恢復了95%了, 但是我還是每周持續做MIKE教我的復健動作~ 外面非常多的診所或者物理治療都是開藥, 不然就是電療/熱敷/按摩讓你舒緩一下 (當下覺得舒緩了, 但是你還沒到家就開始又覺得怪怪的), 但是根本治標不治本... 夢飛翔非常用心在找出問題並且編排適合每個個案的訓練動作, 並且反覆檢視復建者的動作姿勢和訓練狀況來調整復健動作的強度! 真的非常用心!!! 但是來這邊就是復健者也要有清楚的認知, 自己必須努力配合訓練才能改善問題.
