今天參與他們的福袋特賣會,我們也乖乖地按照他們的規矩排隊等待,但是品牌完全不按照他們自己設定的規則。一開始設定的20分鐘購物時間根本當廢話一樣,裡面完全沒有人在管理。外面的店員除了發號碼牌以外,就在外面發呆不知道在看什麼。有人過去跟他們反應也無動於衷,只會兩眼呆滯的望著人潮。品牌一定很開心這麼多人來,但是以這樣的處理方式對待客人,也只是不斷消磨粉絲的忠誠。希望每個看的這筆評價的人歡迎多多來特賣會,反正正品的高額價值只要你願意付莫名其妙的時間跟耐心,就可以以NET或是特價UNIQLO的價格購買了。

今天參與了福袋活動,排隊了快5個鐘頭不說,最主要是福袋內容,很沒有價值和意義。給S號的超小裙子,皺的亂七八糟的上衣,我在現場購買一條褲子,店員說這是FREE size我也沒多檢查,回到家才發現是XS,一切都沒有辦法穿。福袋內容除了加購的圍巾很不錯,其他我覺得質感和零碼尺寸都讓人覺得只是在出清,和貴公司塑造出來的活動形象差距甚大。最主要是已經在現場建議過、能不能讓已經繳了福袋錢拿到號碼牌而且不需要購買其他商品的人排一列,有意願購買其他商品的另一條列,結果就是大家完全沒有預期到,也沒有在活動事前說明,竟然在冷風裡站了5個小時還不能短暫離場(明明已經給了福袋錢也拿到號碼牌),讓有些沒有預期到會花這麼多時間而且有其他安排的人必須在等了兩小時後被迫放棄。 身為一直是小粉絲的我,漸漸覺得對品牌的忠誠度下降,也無心再繼續支持。希望下回活動貴公司能多思考更有效率的方式,不會讓消費者有莫名其妙浪費了一整天和金錢的感受。
