一早去排隊 跟家人預購拿到順位1、2 明明單據都拿好了 已經回家的路途上 (超過十分鐘) 突然接到電話 說什麼單據給錯? 需要返回一趟 … 回去之後給店員看單據 哪裡搞錯 變成直接說要全額刷退?? 因爲他說key錯有誤 又回系統有問題 所以是什麼?整個超傻眼 自己本身都是服務業不想為難 當下接受處理很不舒服 但真的很不合理 朋友在另一家(大興店)比它晚開門也比我們晚買也能順利預購 不是同一個系統嗎 真的很無奈 … 畢竟也辛苦的等待 令人失望 之後還去大興店 詢問這情況 也很積極的幫我們查詢有沒有貨 事後處理很得當 回會幫我們反應公司 會再通知 而不是一直推給說系統有問題… 超級奇怪?質疑公平性???

店內有點窄沒這麼寬敞 小心轉身別撞到酒? 品項還算多 店員感覺比較冷酷? 不過問還是會幫忙介紹 還能試飲 覺得很棒

四點半就來排隊,十點開門拿到號碼牌,單據都開好了後來離開店裡,騎車途中,一位男店員告知說我們單據有問題需要回來店裡….(講很多,因為在騎車,就沒有仔細聽,反正就立馬騎回去)結果結果結果!!!! 她就把我們的單據刷退,在跟我們說只能買一支酒了另外一支沒了!因為系統問題… 明明就看到桌上他們店員的單據就都還有寫著我們要的這兩隻酒欸!當我們眼睛瞎了嗎? 一句系統有問題,我們就沒有買到完整的一組酒,然後桌上還有後面客人單據(照片上桌子的單據,是他們自己店員兩個人)!真的很令人難過也火大!!雖然沒有多少錢…但我們付出時間付出人力結果需要被這樣對待…用這種方式你們不覺得很過意不去嗎⋯⋯ 有拍處理的店員照也有買到的單據做存證,能不能給個合理的解釋給我們?不然真的因為是要給自己認識的才這樣對我們,是不是太超過了?單據被刷退才跟我們說沒有酒欸!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 一句系統有問題就這樣?! 後來去大興店,大興店店員告知如果公司有補發會再通知您,至少也想解決的方法。 朋友在大興店排隊,店員都是看誰第一個然後依續給號碼,也不會有這問題啊! 我們絕對不是奧客,我們一直都很好聲好氣,但卻被這對待,必須發聲讓大家知道,希望不要有人又像我們這樣。

Ok for standard alcohol, but no thoughts for a wider stock of liqueurs for cocktails. e.g Campari, any type of vermouth etc not stocked. Very disappointing.
