打了客服將近10分鐘，好不容易接通了，客服人員卻說聽不到聲音直接掛電話…我們又重新線上排隊等客服。

打進去客服人員口氣也不太好 很沒耐性
明明不是我們的問題
口吻卻很不屑
幫我們解決之後到了柵欄又出不出去
前後調整很多次才出去
（前面幾台車也是這樣）
整體感覺很差
