Rest room were not clean, service is fast and good.
Great place to dine with family and friends.
Food prices are reasonable coMpared to the quality of the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great noodle joint, no BS just plain good old noodles, excellent taste, not too strong, even the spicy ones are not too spicy, plus there are extra hot oil if you wish to add, definitely my top 3 Taiwanese beef noodle place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice beef noodle in 新竹. The environment of this restaurant is very very clean. The customer have to take the number and wait.
I recommend the tomato beef noodle. The beef is very very tender and the noodle is very chewy if you order the "hand-made" noodle. The tomato soup taste good because of the slightly sour flavor. There are many side dishes for chosen. However, I thought the flavor of those side dishes is tasteless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both the spicy beef noodles (185) and the garlic spicy version with the thick homemade noodles (185+5) were perfect with sprigs of 空心菜 floating in delicious broth. Couldn't have asked for more tender beef, it was melty and memorable. Next time will try the thin noodles. Even the side order of vegetables 空心菜 (55) was topped with a spice oil that gave it a perfect 麻 aroma. 檸檬冬瓜茶 (25) a nice addition. This main original shop's menu seems more casual than the nicely printed menus in their branches that are typically located inside department stores. Strangely enough, and perhaps the only downside, this shop is cash only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is one of the "must-go at least once". It is mainly dedicated to beef noodle soup, but the noodles have an unusual shape and flavor, and the beef is also quite soft and tasty. Besides, I knew the same restaurant in Zhubei but this one is much less crowded.
