本來還覺得醫院整體不錯。。可是每次等診的時候。。都一直聽到對面減重中心報到處的醫生護士一直大聲喧嘩。。聊私事超大聲的。。笑的嘰嘰呱呱的。。真的很沒水準。。整個影響在外等診的人

從來沒看過這麼扯這麼爛的醫療品質!別說我給一星給太快,且聽我娓娓道來: 1.進醫院開始櫃台問我朋友哪裡不舒服,我朋友回答後,櫃台小姐用說笑的語氣跟另個櫃台小姐說「肚子痛耶~腹脹耶~」感覺整個超不正經+不尊重病人 2.我們進急診後醫生評估後說先吃個藥等打針就消失了,我們等了整整一個小時去問,護士才發現被丟在桌上的病歷,才拿單子讓我們去拿藥!而且護士道歉的超隨便,口氣像是在閒聊,動作還慢慢來! 3.最誇扯的是抽血打針的護士!技術超爛!打個針注個射弄到朋友滿手是血,地上也滴到了,還要我提醒她先把針筒固定才知道要拿貼布出來把亂晃的軟針筒先固定住,不然她竟然是先拿棉花棒清理血跡!放任我朋友手噴血!!朋友打完針整個頭暈,說痛到不行…… 總之這醫院還能運作,真的是令人嘖嘖稱奇,要來請三思。我知道醫療不是服務業,但這根本是把病人至於度外了吧?我有朋友是護士,別跟我鬼扯什麼把醫院當服務業,你們這是在踐踏其他認真的好醫院跟護理人員!

Technology is terrible! Make a shot and make a friend ’s hand full of blood, and it ’s dripping on the ground. I also remind her to fix the syringe first before I know that I need to take out the patch to fix the fluffy soft syringe first, otherwise she turned out to be First take a cotton swab to clean up the blood! Let my friends spray blood! !! My friend felt dizzy after the injection and said it hurts ... In short, this hospital can still operate, it is really amazing, come to think twice. 很厲害的醫院,早上告知我們要辦理住院? 早上才通知,下午兩點之前就要入院,而且不能更改時間,你們醫院以為每個病患都住你家隔壁? 害我們還趕車從高雄開去屏東再開來義大,結果同一層樓的空床位好幾個? 隔天要手術請我們家屬早點來醫院準備,手術時間約早上九點,我大夜班五點下班早上八點起床趕來醫院,結果等到快一點了還沒進手術房,連護士都來問說以前有做過類似的手術嗎? 怎麼等那麼久

皮膚科dojter很能幹,但是幫忙注射粉刺的綠制服的護士,真的,真的沒有很好的服務,比如給我的痘痘打藥,護士服務很粗魯,不小心,注射完應該給病人貼繃帶,這樣注射的血液就不會粘在口罩上,當我要求在我臉上貼繃帶時,護士看起來很狡猾,不想被打擾。 我認為皮膚科的護士應該得到警告和培訓服務,因為如果這種規模的醫院有非常好的醫生,但護士卻不了解優質服務,不了解態度,不了解,這很有趣服務。 希望醫院管理層立即跟進處理,對皮膚科護士進行如何做好服務、優質服務的培訓 因為病人來這家醫院不是免費的,我們也用錢購買產品和服務

Reality did not meet with Expectations that were nicely promised on their website. Doctor Hardly spoke English (strange for Taiwanese doctors, and more strange for such big private hospital), nurse was rude, waiting long hours (different from appointed). Too far away, three transfers, long and tiring trip within the city borders. Do not recommend. Hope not to go there anymore :(

The doctor I visited diagnose my sickness in one second without reconsidering my other symptoms that I had. I asked her if I could do a test but she said it’s not her specialty and said that the nurse will give me the recommendation on which specialty I go, honestly the nurse didn’t speak English and they are too scared to talk because of their poor English. The doctor english was good but she sound like she couldn’t be bother talking in English. She didn’t asked me if I have other problem and just told me to leave. I think she should have be a bit more professional in addressing her patients need but looks like she given up with that. My friend also went to the same doctor and she has a different sickness but was prescribe with one medication that exactly looks like mine. I went to do my blood test here and even worse, the one who did my blood test was screaming at my face to give her the paper I was holding even though I told her in English that I don’t understand what she want. The most confusing part was that after 7pm, the cashier payment was closed. I was searching frantically for the sign that show other cashier payment. One nurse said it was on the first floor and the service counter told me it was on the second floor. Maybe it’s becayse of their limited English but I found out the cashier payment was on the emergency site of the first floor . ??‍♀️??‍♀️This is the most confusing , dissapointing hospital with the worst service I’ve experienced
