★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impressions of the resort are always important. We arrived towards the evening and the night manager was so nice. Walking with us, giving a small tour and even giving the kids some goodies left over from an event the previous week! Unfortunately the kiddie pool area was under renovations but all the amenities was awesome! Workout rooms, arcade area, you can sign up for rooms to play PlayStation or Xbox! The tennis court is a hot commodity! My favourite part is the play area for kids so daddy can relax!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best for family and kids. There are so many different kinds of facilities. Kids friendly. We love the swimming pool and play area. There are games center, pool tables, table tennis,…etc. Breakfast is one of the best of it's kind. Room is ok. We've got 2kind size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Overall, i would recommend. BTW, it's shuttle bus till 10:30pm to go zone C shopping mall and the park.

You can get to shopping mall and theme park easily without getting wet when raining.
Transportation:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
There are busy schedule of shuttle buses that can get to shopping mall and theme park (In-park shuttles are free), you can also get out of the EDA World taking outside park shuttle which will need to charge fee.
Facilities:⭐⭐⭐⭐
Though there are many facilities inside the hotel like spa, outdoor swimming pool, gym, and children's playground. They are kind of old, and need some refreshments.
Foods:⭐⭐⭐
The breakfast has a variety of food options, but I won't say it's very delicious, you still can have a great time enjoy it. Besides breakfast buffet restaurant, there are a lot of different restaurant that you can dive into.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here three times and the quality is pretty consistent. They have lots of hotel equipment one can use. I didn't use hotel service so can't say much about their catering, but the place itself is nice enough for a stay. Though if you're not planning on using anything in the hotel living next doors would be equally comfortable I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge site, good for children and shoppers . However the hotel do need some make up as the building is started to look a bit aged . The service is good and the reception is patience and polite. Room is spacious and bathroom is also big. Good access to heavy theme park and shopping complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located right next to a huge shopping mall and a theme park. The hotel was very beautifully designed and decorated. We loved the indoor water park and the breakfast buffet was great. But the rooms we got smelled moldy though they looked very clean and well maintained. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade us to a higher floor. The beddings were very very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first time staying in this such a brilliant hotel. It turned out that I was not satisfied with the view. Probably I expected too much but it's still quite nice with a cozy environment. Also, you are able to do crazy shopping you want to and staff members were so friendly and hospitable.
