前面一位客戶買比我多條蛋糕！我只買兩條小的蛋糕，準備要送診所醫師。但前面那位客戶一直詢問問題！店員第一時間應該先跟客人說，可否稍後一下！我先幫另外一個客人先結帳！她買兩條蛋糕！我幫她先結帳。
結果完全無視只買兩條蛋糕的客人（我）！我再等下去！我個人晚上的課程都不用上了！當下轉頭放回架上，直接走出店家！本來要買蛋糕！最後決定不買！
