E-house

Severely disappointed with this hotel. Would anyone pay for a hotel that only has a safety chain (OR NONE) at the door of their room? Anyone? $100 per night? Do you call that a hotel? Even a 3-star hotel? Hostels do A Lot Better.

Great place to stay! Extremely polite staffs, very clean, decent breakfast. However, some hangs in the bathroom would be useful.

Located in Ximending, the walking street of Taipei. This area is crowded all day so it'a quite safe for tourist but it's quite hard to find as it's located on 8 and 9 floor of the building so it's a bit hard to notice. Room is small but equipped. A/C is cold. Quite clean. Pice is reasonable.

The elevator feels rickety and the exterior betrays the comfortable and nicely decorated interior. E-House, while not always the cheapest choice, is one of the best there is. The free breakfast is a good thing, especially if you're the type who don't want to go out of the hotel hunting for breakfast possibilities or just going to Mc Donald's. The balcony is a great place to stay on a cold weather, but I can imagine how it could be on a summer day there.

Deluxe room is spacious with private toilet but dated. Staffs are friendly and breakfast provided. But... Their air ventilation/circulation got problem? Cigarette smell all over the room.

I like this hotel so much. All of the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Because of the flight reason, my arrival time is very late and around midnight. To confirm the reservation, i called so much times and they gave us many useful information so that i can arrive the hotel conveniently. The lady in reception is so sweet and offer the comfortable room for us. During the staying, i troubled them everyday because that is my first time to Taipei. They are very friendly to help us and introduce the local sightseeing to use even help us to modify the travel planning to make it more comparable and reasonable and save us time and energy. We are so appreciate it about that. The room is nice and that is the 2 single beds room, space is enough to us. But they don't have more English channel, that is a pity. Anyway, both of us like this hotel and love their staffs so much. If we have chance to go to Taipei, i think we will choose them again.

The hotel room was cosy and clean. Service staffs were all well polite,friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good as it came with breakfast buffet style and free flow beverages. The dishes were all well tasted and likeable by us. Overall it was a statisfied experience at the hotel. Will come back to the same hotel next time . Strongly recommend it !

Got the large sized room. It was good and clean. Area is not noisy despite this close to a night market. Hotel staff is polite and nice. The receptionist has decent English. If you are going ti airport grab your own taxi, don't order from hotel, unreliable.
