今日下午14:30左右臨櫃辦換卡,室內待辦約10人,現場有一位先生口罩只戴在下巴,還一直講電話,現場每個人都視而不見,後來櫃檯請主管跟我核對身份,希望我口罩拉下來,我跟你們主管反應可以請那位先生將口罩戴好嗎?這樣我們很危險妳們都不害怕嗎? 結論是你們只看一下那位先生,與你們的同事1m近距離的交談,依然沒有提醒他戴好口罩,這樣的做事態度,就算之前對你們種種好印象,很抱歉,今後再無可能上門了

2021/10/21 PM14:35去辦辦理換卡和印鑑。 門口服務小姐態度與服務非常好。 可是6號櫃檯小姐,您在趕幾點的,還是換卡換印鑑讓您沒績效,所以快點辦好!? 我資料還沒整理好,妳就急著按號碼,讓下一位在後面等! 最少幫忙協助開卡,不是說回去掃QR辦理開卡就好。一點都不細心。 還有存簿套和卡片套只配大戶拿,一般用戶不需要問,不需要更新? 對了,我不是大戶,大戶可以無視防疫,陪同櫃檯辦理,讓旁邊不是大戶的人連50公分防疫距離都無法間距。 第一次在擁擠的櫃檯辦理業務,心情真差。
