現場叫號機制不公,辦理個人業務通常都會被辦理其他業務的號碼插隊,個人業務櫃台只有一個,而且等待人數已經達18人,還再讓辦理其他業務的號碼插隊,現場有些行員在外面晃來晃去,讓他們端茶水不如多開一個櫃辦理個人業務,有時候去只是辦理繳費業務,竟然要等一個多小時,每次詢問為何不按號服務,得到的回答都是現在月底比較忙,月初的時候又說月初比較忙,沒人回答到底依什麼規則在叫號的。

星期五下午兩點多到這間分行辦理 Paypal 開戶作業,從進入到離開大約花了一個多小時(等待前面的人大概半小時、實際處理也大概半小時),如果趕時間的人還是建議線上開戶。 不過抽牌等待後,立刻有行員來告知等待時間以及詢問要不要喝水,處理過程其實態度也蠻和善的,整體來說還是不錯的。

警衛和接待的職員態度很好,但是櫃檯的說明過程未顧及客戶的感受。不斷的使用金融術語的專有名詞縮寫來解釋事情,無助於客戶了解實際情況。欠缺這方面的同理心,無論多專業未來也會去找其他的分行。
