在銀行界的服務態度這一家給我的印象最好。客户一進門有客服人員遞上茶水並親切詢問要辦何種業務,若不會填寫各種憑單也會在一旁加以解說。遇到年紀較大的長者會幫忙填寫。跟一些公營銀行的服務態度及各項承辦金融業務相比,《玉山》這塊招牌毫不遜色!

服務很好,態度親切,有停車位,有專門企業櫃檯,而且會靈活調度櫃位服務,縮短等候時間。

不知道為什麼3.2顆星,我覺得服務很親切,等待時間普遍不會太久,位置寬敞,前面有三個停車位,路邊也可以停,入口左側有機車停車位,也有殘障坡道。 左側提款機有四台,右側2台提供存款服務,沒有卡片也可以輸入身分證字號就好,也可以無卡提款,非常方便,左側有刷簿子的機器,如果加一臺存零錢的就完美了! 加上網路銀行,幾乎絕大多數業務都可以不一定要白天臨櫃辦理,在玉山已經十幾年了,很多家銀行都有戶頭,但還是比較喜歡玉山,雖然對我來說很遠。 玉山貸款利率也是業界很低的。 大部份都是白天照片,我就來幾張夜晚的,因為很常晚上來。

只是要去辦到期換卡而已,問東問西探人隱私,查看我的帳戶多久沒用剩下多少錢,就跟我說建議存點錢進去,才不會被警示控管,然後就說要是我有其他家銀行比較常往來,建議可以結清停掉帳戶,要不要停是我的自由吧,我就回問那我以後要用不就重新開戶,櫃檯跟我說對!居然跟我說對!我沒聽錯就是這樣。是說你們家客戶很多了暗示大家不要再來了嗎,臨櫃關懷這樣教育的?他家銀行到期前就會寄新卡來了,你們家讓客戶一定要抽空來臨櫃辦理就是讓你們審問的嗎!過程中當然還有其他言語讓人不舒服就不贅述,櫃檯的員工教育要在加強,已進線客服客訴。 並且在我辦理業務的時候隔壁櫃檯的小姐看沒什麼人了,居然跟客戶在櫃檯聊私事,還在營業時間欸,鐵門還沒拉下來就當自己家了。應該先看評價的,早知道會遇到這樣我就直接停掉連換都不想去換,開眼界了。 評價會這麼差,果真是有原因的!

It was still during business hours, and the iron door had not been pulled down, so it was her own home. I should read the reviews first. I knew I would encounter such a situation, and I stopped and didn’t even want to change. It was an eye-opener. There is a reason why the reviews are so bad!
