★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年家裡所有人都使用玉山銀行的信用卡，結果想說要去辦個貸款，沒想到業務請我們到休息室等待，一等就是兩小時，沒人來接待，等到我們忍不住要走了，才過來問我們要辦什麼，聽到青年貸款，直接叫我們去別家辦，我都傻眼了，那為何不一開始就告訴我們，浪費我時間，結果去別家銀行才知道，原來是這個並沒有業績，所以玉山才不願意辦這個青貸服務！另一家業務還是很願意幫忙我們申請，於是我們家決定拒絕使用玉山?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行員動作很慢非常沒效率，跟北高的玉山真的差很多。辦個外匯等半小時連一號都沒跳，但不知道為什麼看有幾位客戶都可以直接插隊，要不是有急事沒事真的沒有什麼來的用意。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 玉山這麼大的銀行，在宜蘭縣只有一間分行，加上提款機分布不多，要從溪北不遠千里而來，讓人覺得難過。
開戶等候時間不長，張小姐態度好服務速度也超快，感恩。重點是卡面有樹懶超可愛。
BTW, 不知道是不是碰巧，私以為女性服務員態度比較好……
