前面只要等一位
只是要換存摺而已 2:50 等到 3:30 關門了
還沒等到 有極大很大改善的空間
只開一個櫃台 40分鐘可以做非常非常非常多的事情！櫃台可以多開一個或是處理簡單的業務，而不是讓人枯等

忘記網路銀行密碼詢問行員，
櫃台行員不耐煩口氣說手機app操作就能更改密碼，
手機拿出來開啟app詢問，
結果行員還說不是忘記密碼了？
怎麼可以登入手機app，
貴司網路app登入是滑圖形認證進入，
干我能不能網路銀行不能填入英文數字密碼登入何事？
反而一副質問口氣，
去那麼多家玉山銀行，
第一次遇到如此不耐煩的行員。
如果能換個口氣說“不好意思可能我誤會您的意思？您已登入請問您登入需要辦何種業務，我可以為您協助”
而不是那口氣像我欠貴行債務不耐煩這樣。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行員很不專業，要開個户大廳的先生一直問櫃檯的小姐要怎麼做（櫃檯小姐同時在服務其他客人）....可能那位先生是新人啦，但觀感不佳。
後來要我先在旁邊電腦操作預約開戶，結果輸入網銀密碼的時候大廳的先生一直在旁邊看，很不被尊重的感覺....
希望玉山這麼大的銀行，可以多給員工一些教育訓練，或是招募有常識的同仁...這次經驗真的很糟糕，後來還是我自己回家線上辦理開戶...
