★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait for ever and then got bad service. I just wanted to change the address and get a new passbook. I had to pay for the passbook which I get for free at post bank. Also they didn't accept official documents from the government, which is ridiculous. Also it's not save to just write you name instead of signing it or using the stamp. Zero stars.
