之前在這玉山銀行聽到客人抱怨服務態度怎麼這麼差,跟之前的玉山精神完全不同,而且主管坐在後面假裝忙,有問題一定要立刻出來面對不是裝沒看到。現在才自己體驗到。進去辦個文件,說我需要完成的內容等等。櫃檯小姐就開始幫我辦了。不到一分鐘,開始一直推銷玉山世界卡。我說會考慮。真的是會。又浪費個10分鐘。打個電話,主管經過也跟她說要怎麼做。打電腦,後來說「先生!你的簿子刷好了喔!」搞了好像我今天專門來浪費30分鐘還要請妳刷簿子嗎?她完全沒在聽客人在說什麼。我又提醒她我需要的文件。她說沒辦法..... 都已經幫客人開始辦了,也拿了雙證件,印章,搞了總共45分有了。最後說個沒辦法辦。這個人,大家說會不會太誇張?團隊有這個人是不是錯怪了玉山?旁邊還有一位小姐就不會這樣亂搞。做事很仔細很客氣。今天1星是給那位櫃檯人,主管也可以好好的指導,要怎麼樣才能提升服務品質。對員林分行只是失望,今天到了玉山台中文心分行。搞定。1)聽客戶需求 2)跟主管討論 3)想辦法 4)完成。 10分鐘搞定,完全沒浪費時間或是找藉口。一心往前走的態度。有效率的人。讚
