2020年5月與東森房屋仁愛店購屋，前屋主正好是仁愛店的老闆，結果同年12月就發生漏水問題，房屋鑑定契約還寫未曾有漏水情形，事後與房仲反應也消極不處理，前屋主更是一句你去告我啊，直接不理會，這種房仲和屋主勸大家購屋前三思。

In May 2020, I bought a house with Dongsen Housing Ren'ai Store. The former owner happened to be the owner of Ren'ai Store. As a result, water leakage occurred in December of the same year. The house appraisal contract stated that there was no water leakage. Afterwards, the house agent reacted negatively and did not deal with it. The homeowner just told me to tell me, just ignore it. This kind of homeowner and the homeowner advise everyone to think twice before buying a house.
