★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本我方委託蔡小姐賣掉房子後很高興,然過了一個半月後買方卻向我方說哪裡沒做好云云,我方實是不解,合約已說明現況交付,已說明賣方不負瑕疵擔保責任,我不懂蔡小姐為何固執認為全是我方的錯,貴部人員訓練有待加強,發生問題只想讓賣方賠錢了事,實是不客觀的作法
Originally, we were very happy after entrusting Miss Cai to sell the house, but after a month and a half, the buyer told us where we hadn’t done well. We were really puzzled. The contract had stated the current delivery and the seller had no faults. Guarantee responsibility, I don’t understand why Miss Cai insists that it is all our fault. The training of your staff needs to be strengthened. If there is a problem, I only want the seller to lose money. This is really not an objective approach.
