說客服人員語氣不佳可能是因為自身感受不同有失公允 但是在客人提問時,同時大聲唸出她自己要講的話這就太誇張了吧! 最後跟她說你的態度真的很差,還回我會跟上頭回報⋯

客服服務解說清楚,但還是沒解決我想要「整合綁定都用手機刷卡」這件事,。悠遊付跟悠遊卡的優惠還有功能,常常不能共用,像搭台鐵高鐵,還有租ubike都只能用「實體」悠遊卡,沒有整合,使用者只好換來換去,真的很麻煩!希望可以整併!

悠遊卡服務中心位於2號出口 進去後左手邊順著走即可抵達 這次於晚上18:00辦理換卡作業 過程服務人員十分有禮貌 希望能持續保持!

爛透了,捷運不能換合作廠商嗎,或給人選擇 ,有競爭力 才不會官僚作風 … 卡片在捷運櫃檯買不到半個月,前一分鐘才刷公車下車,進捷運站馬上就讀取不出來,才剛買的定期得寄回不能用,還要被扣那麼多錢,根本瑕疵坑人,卡片一直單獨放還能讀不出來 超蝦的。 捷運櫃檯說悠遊卡公司會聯絡,結果...一個月了,一通電話一封簡訊都沒有。還要自己聯繫,電話客服服務也差,根本寄錯地址,搞不懂捷運櫃檯核對地址時是對的,到悠遊卡公司寄回退費通知單地址就會變錯誤的。根本完全沒有在核對聯繫客戶 ,不知通知單上有什麼 但這用平信還寄錯等於個資全洩漏。

The MRT counter said that EasyCard would contact us, but it's been a month, not a single phone call or a text message. You have to contact yourself, the telephone customer service is also poor, and the address is sent to the wrong address. If you don’t know if the MRT counter is correct when you check the address, the address of the refund notice will be wrong when you send the refund notice to the EasyCard company. I didn't check and contact the customer at all, I don't know what was on the notice, but it was sent wrongly by ordinary mail, which means that all information was leaked.
