★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trustable service!! Definitely worth renting the scooter eventhough felt expensive initially as we are able to go many places with our own flexible time. Owner recommended many nice places and it would not be possible to make it in a day without the scooter! Thanks to the scooter we manage to eat lots of great food in one day in various places!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing service. The owner went above and beyond to help plan an itinerary for the short time we were in Tainan. He provided so many suggestions for attractions and good eats. You can drop by the shop any time to swap a full battery if you travel further and need extra capacity. The motorbike we rented had a battery that lasted 24 hours and quite a bit of biking without needing to be changed. The bikes are electric and limited speed with slower acceleration but more than suffice for local travel. The bike I rented was 1000TWD for the day. He has a cheaper option for 800TWD and a more expensive option as well. All in all, great service that I would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great e-scooter rental store. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He even went all the way to help you personalized your itinerary in Tainan. We had no problem with the scooter we rented. Had a great time riding scooter around the town with 800twd per day (120km±).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the reviews say, owner is super-friendly & accommodating. Any minor issues with the scooter (mirrors a little hard to adjust, finicky odometer) were more than made up for by David's enthusiastic service. When the scooter wouldn't start, he was there in under 5 minutes with another bike ready to go (I'd accidentally flipped the emergency switch without realizing it).
Yes, he picks you up and drops you off, but when my drop-off location was a little out of the way, he literally went the extra mile to get me there. Bonus points for knowing where to buy the electronics I needed at the best price! Thank you Easy Go!

Spent a couple weeks in Tainan, everytime I had to go back and get a new battery was a blessing just check up on the amazing owner Mr David. The tea shop also offers a range of great cool drinks???? Thanks again for the great time!! Was gonna come back but plans changed maybe next time my friend

The car is perfectly function. Would definitely rent again if I visit Tainan again.
