★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FYI This restaurant has become so popular that it is currently closed for remodeling! The current date for re-opening is the end of January 2020.
Translation of the sign on the door:
"Kuanxinyuan Anhe Store will undergo internal modification on 12/1 and is expected to be completed on 01/15. If you have any questions related to the shop during the modification, please leave a message on Line. We will respond to your questions as soon as possible."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The deco is very Zen style, which matches the philosophy of this vegetarian restaurant.
Rice meals are not worth it, but noodles are excellent. The tea here is of unlimited refill.

For a vegetarian place, highest marks for presentation and taste. Light, surprisingly well-flavored, beautiful and healthy, you can see the meticulous care they put into the ingredients and the dishes. Very affordable for such high quality, the set comes to just under $20 USD.
Casual and date location, they just reopened today after a remodel and my wife had to come back here after her previous visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the curry dish with my set meal. It had a rich curry flavor sauce in a multi grain rice with tofu skin mushrooms and bok choy. Also delicious is the soup broth. Too often vegetarian soup relies heavily on onion flavoring, this one has more of a mushroom base. The ambience is slightly fancy. The salad presentation is interesting with dry ice fog pouring over the salad. The puffed barley kernels in the salad are new to me for salad and delicious. Some staff are friendly without being interfering. Our main waitress was efficient but a little bit serious in attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vegan restaurant that pushes your imagination on how plating should be. The salad was indeed a garden paradise with dry ice added effects. The soup mimic the chicken soup for the soul and was good. The noodles slightly bland but ok.
