★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really a nice place to stay and live forever!The location is very convenient! Close to Taipei 101 skyscraper building! The property management is also internationally scaled! The building is also right next to traditional market! You live in the luxury area with cheapest living cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The insulation and building quality are very poor. It is super loud inside, you have all the noise of the Zhongxiao East Road and bus stops. You need earplugs for sleeping. The shower doesn't work properly and the bathroom stinks from the pipes most of the time. Wall cancer. No maintenance in the public area at all, only cleaning to death. Roof is leaking since years.
Covid: it's not allowed to go to the rooftop during new year's eve. Every other day is OK. Sitting in the lobby close together is allowed, go to restaurants and mrt, parks. I'm sure there's a committee who thinks about what is the most nonsense and annoying thing for new year's eve.
