我很懷疑,之前所有遺失的包裹,有找到的最後都集中去哪了,我看你們物流習慣回消費者說遺失,我看乾脆以後回覆消費者說包裹長腳自己爬到垃圾車算了。
麻煩一下你們理貨的人員,或許東西很多很辛苦沒錯。但是麻煩一下,東西包裹的單子脫落了,請告知一下主管,不要擅自隨便找一箱黏,一箱正背面都有黏兩個不同買家資料,是那招??? 包裹送錯很好玩嗎? 南部消費者領到桃園的,不要到時候不見在那邊賠錢。消費者只希望拿到物品,不然買東西意義在哪裡?? 麻煩主管部門重視這個問題這個很基本,並請執行幹部管理者盡到告知現場人員的義務。雖然已經留資料癡癡地等消息,但還是想上來抱怨一下,讓你們知道送錯隨意貼單這個嚴重性。
還怪消費者說不對還要領,你不打開會知道裡面是什麼嗎?

因為這次,下次賣家商品寄出貼上標籤,我會先請對方就在萊爾富超商櫃檯當場拍照給我看,爾後再有給人家動過重貼標籤貼紙,送錯。貴物流就別在那邊怪消費者什麼寄錯商品而不勇於承認是物流的缺失。
最少一星,如果有負五星,我一定給 負的5星星
