★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 4nights/5days tour of Taiwan is one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. I reluctantly chose an organised tour as I was traveling alone, and I couldn’t be happier that I did. The itinerary was well thought out, and the tour guide, Alan Chou was the best!! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, anticipating and attending to the needs of the group and all of us individually. The driver did an excellent job, and I felt I was in safe hands on some very narrow and winding roads.
The accommodation was excellent, as we're the included breakfasts. I loved Taiwan, Sun Moon Lake and Toroko Gorge in particular, which is breathtaking in scale and beauty. Only negative was a shopping trip to a marble factory, which I thought could be dropped from the tour in favour of more time at Toroko Gorge.
Great value for money and a wonderful tour. - thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've joined the 5-Day Taiwan Island Tour end of September. It was the best tour ever with the best tour guide, Alan Chou. He is very professional, funny and knowledgeable. The driver was great too. We should also give credit to the one who organized this tour as he/she chose the best 5-star hotels with excellent breakfast buffet. We had a great time. We would highly recommend this tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the 10 day 9 night Hot Springs Round Taiwan tour. The first 5 days with Alan Chou were great. We saw many sites and he was an excellent guide. We got to the 5 star hotels late in the day dead tired and left in early in the morning. It would have been nice to spend some time there. Two nights at Sun Moon Lake would have been nice.
In Taipei, we had three different local guides. One guide was an older fellow named Jack. He tried hard, but he was not very talkative and just didn't have it in my opinion. At the Taipei 101, he leaves six of us standing in line and comes back in 20 minutes and doesn't say a word.
We went to several neat markets, hot spring hotels, landmarks, waterfalls. The tour was a great value. People were friendly, especially in the metro.
Alan lent me a big bill until I found an ATM that worked in Sun Moon Lake.
