★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴司在執行縣立體育館整修作業導致177隻小雨燕的幼雛中有33隻不幸死亡，原因為不熟悉鳥類習性，「自以為很懂」的設置不適用的人工鳥巢，等到「出事了，小雨燕不會用這種巢」才想到要找專業人士協助，原來你們這些公務人員對於鳥類特性會比相關的專家還懂啊~
如果不懂怎麼在執行前不會請教相關的專業人士？
你們這些公務人員以前唸書是這樣唸的？學校教育是這樣教的？不懂先裝懂，等到出事再處理是吧？
