不建議來這裡寄, 服務態度非常不客氣, 明顯刁難客人。總公司應該要妥善管理,多加稽核,避免分公司影響企業形象。 要客人自己在店門口(意思是: 夏天熱到爆是客戶的事)把所有東西包裝完成,還不讓客戶使用桌子寫文件,說是拜拜用的桌子,客戶不能使用, 那請問我們該在哪裡填寫資料呢?是趴在門口地上寫嗎?在這麼熱的天氣,是要讓客戶中暑昏倒在店門口嗎? 我已拍照存證,如家人今天被這家分公司不合理要求導致後續身體不適,會跟律師討論後續如何處理。 看到先前也有人留負評,說這家分店並未遵守總公司規定,完全依照這家分店經理個人指示, 我也深受其害,領教了這樣的態度,真令人失望。 客服精神不應該是建立在個人情緒化上, 很明顯感受到他們缺乏教育訓練,如何善待客戶需求,連基本服務業的熱忱都感受不到。真是可憐。 總之,我是不願意給這種公司任何賺到我的錢的機會了。之前被你們賺的幾萬元,我就當作是認識一家公司的學費。

店員可用中文對話,部份商品價格與蝦皮差不多:如LUX 香皂....,因近楠梓加工區,所以菲律賓商品數量較多,經常帶家中菲藉看護妹妹來補貨.

First time here on EEC, immediately dissapointed by the service. Store service doesn't follow the company way of service, tendency to follow the store manager way of service.
