三重/新莊區的漢堡王者,漢堡看起來個頭不大,但其實很紮實吃一個就頗有滿足感,現點現做,價格合理(漢堡價位在95-155之間)漢堡麵包本體很講究 ,屬於偏向香甜鬆軟型,但每個麵包體又仔細的煎烤過所以又帶著一層酥皮,這是我最激賞的部分?,也由於現點現做所以漢堡通常需等待10分鐘左右,整體來說是介於早餐店和美式手工漢堡店之間,所以漢堡都會附上太陽蛋/炒蛋這也是大加分,漢堡的調味略偏甜 整體口味討喜,我覺得會是女性/兒童也喜歡的調性,服務我覺得ok/加上兒童友善?,店面位置離台北市稍遠,附近無捷運/公車直達,建議自行騎車/開車前往,整體cp值我覺得不錯,成人人均150-200能吃飽,我會願意為了這個美味紮實的可愛漢堡再訪?….
The Burger King in Sanchong/Xinzhuang District, the burger looks small, but it is actually very solid and satisfying. It is made to order and the price is reasonable (the price of the hamburger is between 95-155). The body of the hamburger bun is very particular. , belongs to the sweet and soft type, but each bun has been carefully fried so it has a layer of meringue. This is the part I appreciate the most ?, and because it is made to order, the burger usually takes about 10 minutes to wait. On the whole, it is between a breakfast restaurant and an American handmade burger restaurant, so the burgers will have sun eggs/scrambled eggs, which is also a big plus. The seasoning of the burgers is slightly sweet and the overall taste is pleasant. I also like the tonality, the service I think is ok/plus child-friendly?, the store location is a little far from Taipei City, there is no MRT/bus directly nearby, it is recommended to go by bike/drive, I think the overall cp value is good, per adult 150-200 can be full, I will be willing to revisit for this delicious and solid lovely burger ?….

因為朋友說是三重最好吃的早餐店 所以來吃看看 但 大失所望。 店面明亮整潔,恰如店家社群媒體上經營的形象 確實讓人很想走進店裡一試 對,就是僅此一試。 1⃣️醃漬烤雞太陽蛋漢堡 $140 ????? 2⃣️切達起司牛肉太陽蛋漢堡 $140????? 烤雞和牛肉的味道都不錯吃 最糟的是太陽蛋? 我們都吃到兩手都是蛋液⋯⋯從包好的紙下面漏出來⋯⋯⋯ 然後拿出紙外變兩手沾滿蛋液 漢堡因為蛋液而整個分崩離析 全部滑開 從來沒有吃漢堡吃得這麼狼狽? (整家店這麼有質感,結果衛生紙是很薄的那種,要用好幾張才能把手擦乾淨,像小吃店會用的衛生紙) 用餐起來的體驗太差⋯即便努力維持住漢堡,它還是滑開,最後只好把漢堡放在盤子上分開一層一層吃? 漢堡很小,個人覺得吃起來口味也稱不起這個價格。 3⃣️鹽烤薯條(墨式肉醬) $70 ????? 整桌裡面最晚上的餐點,但也不是脆脆的薯條,是軟軟溫溫的薯條⋯⋯⋯ 肉醬的味道太奇怪,有點燒焦味,又有點中藥味?不曉得,總之味道真的滿怪。 我們把肉醬撥開吃軟軟的薯條⋯⋯ 4⃣️酥烤布里歐(OREO) $65 ????? 基本上就是巧克力厚片 原本以為Oreo口味 應該會是整片的Oreo? 結果只是中間撒了大概十塊錢硬幣的?Oreo餅乾⋯⋯ 真的很少,不如叫巧克力布里歐,根本不能稱作Oreo口味 吐司沒有切到底,要分食的話在撕開的時候中間的Oreo就會散掉變得更少? 很普通,因為普通所以不會不好吃 5⃣️季節湯品 $65 ????? 整餐下來的第一名? 蕈菇濃湯 湯不是很濃的那種 不過滿好喝的 蒜味很濃 菇也好吃 湯真的是第一名⋯ 6⃣️錫蘭紅茶拿鐵 M$45 ????? 我點半糖,結果比朋友的微糖紅茶豆奶還不甜,我們都這麼覺得 茶味不重,奶味不重,又不甜 喝起來真的沒什麼感覺 7⃣️錫蘭紅茶豆奶 M$30 ????? 比紅茶拿鐵好喝,至少比較有味道 註:微糖還是滿甜的,比半糖的紅茶拿鐵甜 餐點是一個一個慢慢上的,店員超多,但實際看大家動作都慢慢來⋯ 座位空了一排也沒人叫我們進去,直到我們東張西望,店員才注意到 整體而言,真的過譽了,吃過一次之後不會想再訪的店?

裝潢明亮空間寬敞,環境整潔也相當優良,座位間距適中,店內時常飄來陣陣咖啡香,用餐環境不錯,是個舒適的用餐空間。餐盤採自助式回收的方式,用膳完畢記得要拿去角落的回收區分類,餐點表現於下方簡述。 松露牛肉蛋堡:內含牛肉排、洋蔥蘑菇、美式炒蛋、兩種起司片與松露醬。主要味道是洋蔥蘑菇與黑胡椒主導,起司的味道相較之下溫潤清淡,牛肉排也不鮮明,反倒是黑胡椒的味道更強烈。整體上呈現一個較濕潤的狀態,畢竟有松露醬、起司片、美式炒蛋等,不過口感還是不錯,脂肪佔比較多的肉排,在咀嚼時提供了些許的Q度,而蘑菇咬起來又更加Q彈脆口,炒蛋的鬆軟跟起司的綿密感讓整體又加分許多。 這算是一個口味偏重、香氣也較強烈的漢堡,口感跟味道上都有許多層次,只是份量較小,訂價中上,經濟許可的話,是個還不錯的選擇。 酥烤薯泥雙起司蛋捲餅(+肉醬):老實說我覺得不用特別再額外加肉醬,旁邊的酸奶,搭配上捲餅內的濃郁起司跟蛋還有綿密的薯泥,已經能夠充分展現出他的優勢了,加上肉醬讓整體味道更複雜化、更加重口,我覺得不見得是個好的組合。 外皮是烹調到有點洽洽的狀態,沾上適量的酸奶,讓起司的味道更加鮮明,也可以讓較硬的外皮增加些許濕潤。起司跟薯泥增添了食物的綿密度與延展性,雖然味道也是偏重的一個品項,但吃起來卻不怎麼有負擔,是個我挺喜歡的一個餐點,推薦給想嚐鮮的朋友試試。 錫蘭紅茶豆奶:普通,建議點全糖,店家有點養生,全糖喝起來像是外面的微糖-半糖左右。平平淡淡的一個紅茶豆奶,不用特別嘗試,配著餐點吃尚可。 總結來說,是個環境不錯,餐點水準也不賴的一間餐廳,等待時間可能會較長,即使是早上開店沒多久,也有許多電話訂單,現場點餐後等待時間約5-15分鐘,坐在店裡等待餐點上桌,享受愜意的早餐時光吧。 比起蛋堡,我更推薦他的蛋捲餅,如果哪天再光顧的話,我一定會點蛋捲餅,推薦給還沒品嚐過的朋友以及住在附近的人試試,說不定能找到你所喜歡的餐點。

Had take out breakfast here, but the restaurant interior looks very nice! Ordered 蛋餅捲 and it is one of a kind, inside there’s mash potato and the sour cream is very delicious! Will definitely come again and try other menu, probably the hamburgers since it looks very mouthwatering…

Had the BLT Brioche and the Beef Bun. 100 NTD for the first one and 120 for the bun. Popular place. The buns are very fresh, as well as the rest of the ingredients. Waited 17 minutes for the order which is a bit too long I think. The food however was very nice. Well worth a visit if you're in the area. A huse plus is that they open really early which is rare in Taiwan.
