D	Dora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 廣告不實，變相加價，未與消費者溝通清楚。一開始就花了非常多時間暗示頭皮有各種狀況，所以需要他們家的產品，費用只2秒鐘帶過，浪費彼此時間。不知道這家店怎麼訓練員工的話術，可以理解很多髮廊都會推銷，但消費者有知的權利，至少價格要透明，提供消費者理解服務內容，得以選擇再做決定，結果消費者根本在不清不楚的狀況下接受服務，服務內容也和廣告上的不同。內湖還有很多有誠信的好店，同樣的價錢有更好的選擇。 The advertisement is untrue, the price increases in disguise, and the communication with consumers is not clear. A	Annie Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天服務的設計師Hyde，造型前完美溝通，沒有推銷壓力而是給予顧客最專業的建議和適合自己的造型，每做ㄧ樣前都會完整告知接下來要做什麼，需等多久的時間，也不厭其煩的解說和顧及客人的感受，今天做的造型至少要4小時，剛好遇到用餐時間、也會貼心的詢問會不會餓，要幫我找小餅乾，我本來是想叫外送，他要幫我換位置，但顧及疫情期間還是不方便，還有其他客人就作罷，洗頭洗到睡著，也貼心的詢問需不需幫我拿毯子，這些對於設計師來說都是不ㄧ定要的服務，但Hyde真的太暖了，不但技巧專業，也不會弄痛（有些設計師真的會扯痛頭皮?），完全專業? 同時間他還有其他客人要服務，但完全不會讓我覺得有在敷衍或是很趕，依然很細心，請助理協助也會來看ㄧ下頭髮進度，也非常有禮貌的請我等他ㄧ下下（沒有等很久），這家價格透明公道，服務貼心，連其他設計師也會互相幫忙，就算不是自己的客人，也會給予很棒協助，這裡環境也很好，值得再來喔給5顆星都覺得不夠，大推?
